Functional Area Experience:

FA 3.18 – Training Support

Creech AFB, 432nd Flying Operations Support

Pegasus Administers classes and exams as required for various MQ-1 and MQ-9 squadrons at Creech AFB. Coordinates with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and any other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements. Prepares and executes periodic training/testing plan for approval & scheduling. Provides weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment. Coordinates with scheduling, enabling them to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance as well as direction from the Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, and NCOICs of DOT and DOS.


FA 3.21 – Functional and Administrative Support

– Creech AFB, 432nd Flying Operations Support

Pegasus provides administrative support to the 432nd Flying Operations at Creech AFB. Pegasus operates office equipment such as x machines, copiers, phone systems and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management and other applications. Prepare reports, memos, letters, forms, briefings and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access databases and PowerPoint software. Be able to make changes to word documents, excel spreadsheets, access databases and PowerPoint presentations to enhance their effectiveness or to repair/correct minor errors. Establish and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials in accordance with USAF Records Management standards as defined in AFI 33-322, AFI 33-332 associated ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance. Reviews work section products; check for correct grammar and spelling and ensures compliance with group, wing, and higher headquarters policies and instructions. Composes, types, and distributes notes, routine correspondence and reports.
