Functional Area Experience:

FA 3.12 – Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA), and Information Technology (IT) Support

Commander Naval Installations Command (CNIC) Information Technology Support.

CTI provided Tier I and II enterprise application support for over 100 CNIC unique applications and programs on a 24×7 basis including C4I systems, Microsoft SharePoint, Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), and Oracle 10g.  Under this contract, CTI supported the Navy Common Access Card (CAC) Program Management Office (PMO) providing enterprise support for all CAC centric applications including Contractor Verification System, CAC Pin Reset and Card Maintenance Utility. CTI supported pay and travel processing applications including WINIATS and DMO for all NAVY PSD’s worldwide.

 

FA 3.17 – Supply and Provisioning Support

CNIC Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) and Wireless Pier Programs Support

CTI provided worldwide full lifecycle logistical support for the CNIC ELMR and Wireless Pier programs. Support included ordering, receipt, inventory, tagging, programming, packaging, shipping/deploying, warranty service, repair and warehousing of radios, wireless equipment and accessories along with end user support including training.

 

FA 3.19 – In-Service Engineering, Fleet Introduction, Installation and Checkout Support

CNIC Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) and Wireless Pier Programs Support

FA 3.20 – Program Support

Department of Homeland Security Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS)

CTI, under the PACTS contract vehicle, has provided administrative support for the DHS Office of Policy, US Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Protective Service (FPS), Transportation Security Administrative (TSA), Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) and Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (CISOMB). CTI is currently providing over 80 administrative professionals at DHS sites in 19 states plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico with security clearances from Secret eligible to TS/SCI.
