All system and subsystem requirements were captured, analyzed and baselined. MDA904-02-C-1577, SEKBC, Engineering Support WOOD provided engineering support to the process improvement initiative for the National Security Agency. This supported the application of engineering disciplines focusing on process improvement initiatives for defense systems.
